Key Responsibilities| 主要職責(zé)
Sales &Business Development|銷售與商務(wù)拓展:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to identify,pursue,and close business opportunities within the aerospace and related high-reliability industries.
● 制定并執(zhí)行銷售策略,識(shí)別、追蹤并達(dá)成來自航空航天及相關(guān)高可靠性行業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù) 機(jī)會(huì)。
● Engage with aerospace companies,avionics manufacturers,system integrators, and research institutions to promote our embedded computing solutions.
● 與航空航天公司、航空電子制造商、系統(tǒng)集成商及研究機(jī)構(gòu)合作,推廣我們的嵌入 式計(jì)算解決方案。
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders,including engineers,procurement teams,and decision-makers.
● 建立并維持與關(guān)鍵利益相關(guān)者的良好關(guān)系,包括工程師、采購(gòu)團(tuán)隊(duì)及決策者。
● Conduct market research to identify new opportunities,customer requirements, and competitive landscapes in China.
● 進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)調(diào)研,識(shí)別新的機(jī)會(huì)、客戶需求和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)態(tài)勢(shì)。
● Represent the company at trade shows,conferences,and industry events to expand business outreach.
● 代表公司參與行業(yè)展會(huì)、會(huì)議和活動(dòng),擴(kuò)展業(yè)務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
Technical Consultation &Solution Selling|技術(shù)咨詢與解決方案銷售:
· Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable embedded computing solutions tailored for aerospace applications.
● 了解客戶的技術(shù)需求,推薦符合航空航天應(yīng)用需求的嵌入式計(jì)算解決方案。
· Work closely with engineering and product development teams to ensure technical alignment with customer needs.
● 與工程和產(chǎn)品開發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作,確保技術(shù)方案與客戶需求相符。
● Provide technical presentations,demonstrations,and training to customers.
● 向客戶提供技術(shù)演示、產(chǎn)品展示和培訓(xùn)。
● Act as a bridge between customers and internal R&D teams to support customization requests and product enhancements.
● 充當(dāng)客戶與內(nèi)部研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)之間的橋梁,支持定制需求和產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)。
Account &Project Management|客戶與項(xiàng)目管理:
· Manage key accounts,ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
● 管理關(guān)鍵客戶,確保客戶滿意度并保持長(zhǎng)期合作關(guān)系。
· Oversee the sales cycle,from lead generation to contract negotiation and post- sales support.
● 監(jiān)督銷售周期,從潛在客戶開發(fā)到合同談判,再到售后支持。
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams,including marketing,engineering,and operations,to support business objectives.
● 與跨職能團(tuán)隊(duì)(包括市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、工程和運(yùn)營(yíng)團(tuán)隊(duì))緊密合作,支持公司業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)。
Qualifications &Experience| 資格與經(jīng)驗(yàn) Required| 必備條件:
·Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering,Computer Science, Business,or a related field.
● 電氣工程、計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)、商務(wù)或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的本科或更高學(xué)歷。
· 5+years of experience in technical sales,business development,or account management within the embedded computing or aerospace sectors.
● 在嵌入式計(jì)算或航空航天行業(yè)中,有5年以上技術(shù)銷售、商務(wù)拓展或客戶管理經(jīng) 驗(yàn)。
● 深刻理解嵌入式計(jì)算架構(gòu),包括VPX 、VME 、PCl e、單板計(jì)算機(jī) (SBC)、 FPGA 及軍用/航空航天計(jì)算解決方案。
● 具備航空航天通信協(xié)議(如ARINC 429 、ARINC 629 、ARINC 664(AFDX)、 MIL-STD-1553 、CANaerospace 等)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和理解。
● Proven ability to develop business in the Chinese aerospace market.
● 具備在中國(guó)航空航天市場(chǎng)開發(fā)業(yè)務(wù)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
● 能夠流利地使用普通話和英語(口語與書面)。
● 愿意根據(jù)工作需求,在中國(guó)及國(guó)際間出差。
Preferred|優(yōu)先條件:
·Experience working with avionics manufacturers,aerospace OEMs,or system integrators in China.
● 在航空電子制造商、航空航天OEM 或系統(tǒng)集成商領(lǐng)域有工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
· Knowledge of Al-based computing,sensor fusion,and high-performance embedded processing.
● 具備人工智能計(jì)算、傳感器融合和高性能嵌入式處理相關(guān)知識(shí)。
● Existing relationships within the aerospace ecosystem in China.
● 在中國(guó)航空航天生態(tài)系統(tǒng)中有現(xiàn)有的業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系。
