汽車行業質量管理體系CQ
Job Responsibilities工作職責:
- Manager CQ department and in charge whole CQ team indicators such as TQ1, Claim, Line Stop, PPM, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain friendly relations with OEM and other customers
- Be responsible for managing / driving the efficient problem containment activities to customer complains during mass production.
- Participate actively into the quality improvement programs (such as 8D, CAR, EC, Deviation, etc) with professional knowledge and skill.
- Organize and build the strong team and flow to ensure the customer quality team.
- Handle Quality Issue during mass production with customer
- Responsible for the daily management of his / her team and its people development activities.
- Be responsible for building the technical competence of his / her team, in terms of defect analysis, problem solving tools, awareness of sekurit technology with respects to its products & processes.
- Responsible for the performance of EHS / 5S in the function.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
- Education學歷: Bachelor degree or above
- Work experience工作經驗: More than 5years of quality, automotive industry experience is a plus.
