Responsibilities:
- Information collection, documents draft and data consolidation
- Coordination of work within and across different departments and deliver information properly in a timely manner
- Manage daily calendar and operation work as assistant role
- Team operation support ( Monthly meeting/ Team lunch )
- Other tasks arranged by line manager
Requirement :
- Bachelor degree and above
- 1-2 year work experience of team assistant is highly preferred
- Result driven and customer oriented
- Proficiency in MS Office ( PPT/Excel/Outlook etc.)
- Fundamental analytical abilities and can do attitude in problem-solving
- Good organizational and communication skills
